David Bierbauer, LL.M. is a university assistant at the Institute for Basic Legal Studies, Department of Law and IT at the University of Graz. Previously, he was a lawyer at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte Vienna in the department “Technology and Digitalisation” and a research assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna. In addition to technology regulation and constitutional aspects of new technologies, his research focuses in particular on data protection law.
