Adrian is a Legislative Drafter for the New Zealand Parliament and has worked for over 20 years in the Fiscal Law area for the NZ Government and in private practice.

He has written C/C++ microcontroller operating system code for Deep Instruments out of London, and written “LogLaw”, a structured, computer-interpretable language for representing law as a digital algorithm. Adrian consults internationally on “Rules as Code” and computational law. He is the principal shareholder of SmartLegal Limited, the Chief Operating Officer of Manifest Coding Technologies Limited, and, in his spare time, is one of Professor Andrei Marmor’s biggest fans.
