Max Cornelson born in 1998, was a member of the “Arbeitsgruppe Rechtsinformatik” by Prof. Schweighofer in the Research field: autonomous systems in road traffic and the law, esp. civil law and legal theory from 2019 to 2020. In autumn 2020, he obtained a doctoral degree in law with the dissertation: “Vertragliche Haftung bei Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten. Unter besonderer Berücksichtigung immaterieller Schäden“. During the years 2020/2021 he did judicial practice at the courts in Vienna and Lower Austria. In April 2022 he completed his master’s degree in philosophy with the thesis: “Das Problem des Zwischenmenschlichen. Umriss auf transzendentalphilosophischer Grundlage“. Since Autumn 2021 he is working on the doctoral thesis in philosophy: “Rechtsnorm und ethische Geltung. Grundzüge einer schlusslogischen Rechtsbegründung“.
